To make your day at the show as enjoyable as possible, we have provided you with some general information about the show, as well as answers to questions we are often asked.
Opening Times
The Bucks County Show is open to the public between 8.00am and 6.00pm
Tickets
Tickets can be purchased online via our website.
Tickets can also be purchased at the gate on Show Day.
All tickets are non-refundable.

Secretary
Secretary’s Tent is situated next to the Main Ring on Avenue GT.
Free Car Parking
Car parking is free. Please note that if you wish to leave the showground and return you should expect to have a hand stamp to ensure re-admission. Anyone not having an official Bucks County Show stamp will not be re-admitted to the showground without payment.
Free Bus Service
A complimentary bus service will be available between Station Way, Aylesbury and the showground.
The first bus will depart from Station Way at 9.30am and will shuttle to and from the showground throughout the day – leaving at approximately 30min intervals.
Accessibility Ticketing Policy
The Bucks County Show is committed to improving accessibility to the facilities and aims to make trips more comfortable and enjoyable for visitors with disabilities. Our admissions policy admits one essential companion of a disabled visitor free of charge, while the normal admission fee applies to the disabled visitor, when booked in advance. To apply for an Essential Companion Ticket, first a ticket for the disabled visitor must be purchased online. Then please email info@buckscountyshow.co.uk with the ticket reference number together with one of the following:
- Middle or Higher Rate DLA for care and/or mobility
- Receipt of a current and valid Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
- Evidence of being severely sight impaired
- Recognised assistance dog ID card
- Current and valid evidence of receiving Carer’s Allowance
Once received, we will email a complimentary Essential Companion Ticket.
This concession is only available by applying in advance with supporting documents and all applications must be received by 21st August.
Essential Companion Tickets are not available on Show day.
Disabled Facilities
Toilet facilities are sited throughout the Showground. Mobility Scooters & Wheelchairs are available for hire on the day. Please see the Event Mobility website here for further details and bookings.
There is forward parking available for blue badge holders in the Public Car Park.
Medical Services
St John Ambulance are on site together with paramedics.
Baby Changing Facilities
Baby changing facilities and feeding area can be found on Main Walk M.
Hand Washing
Visitors should use the hand sanitising facilities situated in the livestock areas after contact with animals.
Food & Drink
Food and drink is available in the following locations:
- Alongside the Countryside Area
- Alongside the Home & Garden Marquee
- Row M
- Other units throughout the Show
You are welcome to bring your own picnics to enjoy at the show.
Water
In an effort to reduce single use plastic please bring your own water bottles which can then be refilled at various drinking water points around the site.
Rubbish
Please help to keep the showground tidy by disposing of your rubbish in the general rubbish and recycling bins located around the site.
Toilets
Toilet facilities are situated on all parts of the showground and are well signposted.
Lost Children
The Secretary’s Tent will look after all lost children.
Lost Property
Items of lost property will be sent to the Secretary’s Tent.
Dogs
The Show Organisers recommend that dogs are left at home. However if they are brought to the Show they should be kept on fixed leads (non-retractable) at all times and are not permitted into the livestock lines or food areas. Please do not leave animals in vehicles.Please note that all ‘banned breeds’ are not permitted on the showground.
